Charitable Gift Annuity

You transfer your cash or stock to our organization in exchange for our promise to pay you a fixed amount (with rates based on your age) for the rest of your life.

Donor-Advised Fund

A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a way to simplify your giving. When you establish a DAF with AFA Foundation, we will distribute gifts to the charities of your choice during your lifetime and help your children carry on your legacy of giving after you are gone.

IRA Charitable Rollover

An IRA charitable rollover allows individuals 70½ years of age or older to reduce their taxable income by making a gift directly from their IRA.
